The Board of Directors consists of the elected officers of the corporation and five regional directors.
The five regions of Colorado shall correspond to the United States Congressional Districts for the state of Colorado. A regional director is an active member who resides in the region.
In addition, the following are appointed, ex-officio voting members of the Board of Directors:
- Immediate Past President of the CSA
- ASA Director
- ASA Alternate Director
- Chairman of Anesthesiology at the CU School of Medicine.
